Jacob Westerberg, PhD, is the Managing Director of CoachMetric, an assessment and development practice that helps coaches and organizations grow stronger leaders through evidence-based tools.

His signature projects include facilitating Sony Electronics’ internal leadership development program, launching a coaching-based development initiative at the Gordon Engineering Leadership Center, and assessing leaders for the San Diego Police Department.

Jacob is an ICF-certified coach and qualified to administer values, personality, and emotional intelligence assessments. He has assessed over 120 leaders.​
