Jacob Westerberg, PhD, is the Managing Director of CoachMetric, an assessment and development firm that helps coaches and organizations grow stronger leaders through evidence-based tools.

He has advised Fortune 500 executives, high-potential leaders, and public sector officials. His work includes facilitating Sony Electronics’ internal leadership development program, launching a coaching-based development initiative at the Gordon Engineering Leadership Center, and assessing leaders for the San Diego Police Department.
